Missus made that tonight. Dunno what magic tricks they're pulling with the photos but they're super 'fally aparty'. Maybe they actually used quick oats or added some other binding agent.

I did try PB, cheese and gherkin last week which may be a step too far but in my defence its practically a vegetarian new yorker

Update on these: Looks like it was just the edges that were a bit loose. The topping has now set a bit and they've sliced nicely into little blocks.

Just had my first tub of Manilife deep roast arrive.

I may eat the entire thing in one sitting.

Went for a bit of a Corrigan inspired breakfast this morning with a vegemite slice followed by the Pip & Nut Maple for dessert. Good stuff, highly recommended.

I think it's always the way that flapjacks are fall aparty until they've properly cooled down and the sugar and/or golden syrup has set and hardened.

Jaffa Cakes with peanut butter spread on top are excellent.

They wouldnt work for dipping though, I think they'd crack and crumble.
