I'm really not convinced by hooped bivvys. They are always hard to get in/out of and if it rains, they are pretty grim.
They weigh almost or as much as a light tent, the Chinese pole one from AliExpress is about the same and cost.
The only benefits are maybe a tiny bit smaller packed and you can be a bit more stealth. This is rarely enough to justify.
If the weather is great and there are no insects, take a normal bivvy and hope the foxes stay off your eyes. If the weather is average or worse/midges likely, take a tent.
