Isn't there an applicable algorithm? E.g. would 15 locals being run down by a tourist minibus driven by a blue rinsed golf club ladies captain in Ulan Batur count?

Just a gentle reminder - you're talking about two people that just died. Perhaps a little more tact / sensitivity is in order.

My apologies, my empathy circuits had clearly shorted out. I could claim a long hard day, but I failed to consider those unfortunate people when making my normal fatuous comments. I wasn't talking about them, but should have thought more carefully, or at all.
