Ha. Well yeah, and to @bsb’s point, there is a problem with those charts in that C24 don’t expose the formula they use or the actual data points. They do use sales prices but they do also use listing prices, and other external data points I believe. But we have no idea exactly what those data are or what the weighting is. Plus you have to factor in their interest in prices escalating - they take a percentage of transactions so it is in their interest that sale prices are higher rather than lower. It’s all definitely best taken with a pinch of salt.

I posted Regals chart on the "for sale" thread for that Batgirl, and the first response was from one of the cadre of far right cunts saying "You really do like charts", charts being one of the things that the war on experts have made into the flags of the culture war it would appear.
