Not at all, a few people every now and then but surprisingly empty for a sunny Sunday.

Did a off road(paved paths) with Marina the other day.

Lovely route up and over North London, this is the short version.

If you leave early you can knock out the one busy road (Green Lanes) to the start with no traffic.

Rode km40-44 on Sat when the missus showed me the only thatched house in Ealing and we went under the viaduct which I hadn't done since 2005.

That viaduct is really two viaducts right next to each other.
Original train line was so popular it paid to buid the extra line.

Have you been to see thunderbird 4 in Thamesmead yet? Quite close to Crossness

No but it looks like you could get to it from the elevated Southern Outfall Sewer (Ridgeway) and get a two-for-one tourism deal then come back to town on the river.

The Ridgeway is the south equivalent of the Greenway from Hackney to Beckton.
