Goodyear peak, £18. No idea if they are any good. But price seemed reasonable for this experiment.

Just ordered some 27.5*2.25s to try and fit... Ambitious maybe.
The new futura fork looks to be able to clear 2.6 based on my calipers. The rear stays 2.5.
