Not sure if its what you asked for, but the recommendations (for vegans/vegetarians) are 250mcg of B12 daily and 2000 units (50mcg) Vitamin D.
So if you take those calcium ones you linked to, you’ll not get sufficient vitamin D. Only enough to help with the absorption.I can’t recommend brands as I’m in a different country though.
Speaking of getting caught out, my girlfriend was a bit miffed to find out her calcium supplements aren't even vegetarian cos they contain gelatin. Any recommendations for vegan calcium/vitamin supplements generally?
