Is it too late to germinate seeds to plant, as I bought 12 scotch bonnet and 12 ghost chili, and was tempted to germinate 3 and grow from there.

Wouldn't get my opes up but do it anyways - worst case scenario is you won't get a whole lot of chillies this year but then you can overwinter the plant and have a headstart next year
