There it is. my new rig after his first propper shakedown ride. rides really solid. love the walmer bars and the smaller gears with the grx drivetrain in front (46/30) now also i can climb some mountains

Rack a pizza rack from Specialized, don’t know what bag he use tho.

Thanks! Its as @edscoble pointed out, a speci pizza rack. the bag is a tim tas and rek rolltop porteur bag with two feedbags on the back.

v III of the 1 x 8 parts bin build gravel rat. drilled and put in some bosses for the water bottle cages, changed bar and stem, now have better brake levers. Next step: fit the Kenda Flint ridge 40mm tyres I just got, and change the stem for one with the right diameter for the Eubios bars which I like very much

8 sp cassette 14-21 also works fine in NL, with a 42 up front :-)

1 bike to rule them all, my gf has a 2017 CAADX 51cm right now, fairly certain it is too big.
What frames are out there with a more relaxed geo, shorter reach, modern standards and modest price point?

Anything beyond the Ribble CGR [£600] or Arkose Womens framesets [£500]?
