After considering a Carradice addax bag, I now feel more inclined to go down the route of a frame bag as it'll be easier and cheaper without the need for a support.
Anyone got experience with ACEPAC stuff? They seem to fit an mtb better that traditional triangle frame. ordering some stuff from bike24 and they have a few in stock online. It will be used for daily rides and hold pump, tools, food, a warm layer etc... I won't be travelling the globe with the bag.
Also, I have exposed cable routing on the topside of the tt. Has anybody ran into problems with this?
Carradice is much more easy to use, holds value well, is properly waterproof, easy to modify, fits every bike, cool heritage. Little frame bags only good for day rides where you don’t stop on very bumpy terrain.
