I would go for these:
- My all time favourite is Raw Heat, hot but loads of flavour.
-"Pain" hot sauce, again pretty hot but still good as a condiment.
-El Yucateco mexican hot sauces are excellent, range of styles and spice levels but really good quality. The Chipotle one is less hot but super delicious. the Exxxtra Picante is my favourite, great on burritos etc.
-Melindas also do a range of styles and spice levels special mention for the ghost pepper variant.

Exxxtra Picante is my favourite
You are my chili twin. Love that stuff. It is just so well balanced. The El Yucateco jalapeno stuff is also great and worth just for that green colour.
I can also highly recommend anything from Yellow Bird. Their serrano and habanero sauces are both really nice.

Anyone got any suggestions for interesting hot sauces? Looking for something shit hot but still tasty, not just pure heat. Needs to be vegan. Was gutted when I actually read the label of that Khoo's sauce I posted up thread and saw that it has honey in it!
