70 million pints of beer would last him about two weeks.

2 weeks?! Has he been cutting down whilst in lockdown?

I only over-estimated this because after the 70 million there might not be that much beer left, and he might voluntarily restrict himself to near-fasting levels.

Just widening the scope of what's drinkable in these tough times. You'd be amazed at the household cleaning products that contain alcohol.

Yeah, they have an app called Hop Drop and you can use that to get crowlers of pub draught.

They've been doing that on the app for a few weeks. Prices aren't great but not too bad. There wasn't anything that exciting in terms of beer though.

Woo, I check every day to see if mine has been dispatched. It's not a week since I ordered yet but I am impatient haha.

They're some kind of art collab brewer so they have different designs on the same beer cans.

Stormbird are doing litres of takeaway beer - £9/L for these two. Super fresh and lovely, might even prefer the Verdant to the Deya.

A friends homebrew stout I had ended up with nearly 3l of before lockdown and an Abstrakt 17 today.

The homebrew has conditioned well in the bottle over and had a good fizz. The 17, a Rye Coffee Imperial Porter, was lovely.

I had a bottle of rosé. Yes, motherfucking rosé.

Then this bastard.

Tonight I had a Dark Arts Hazelnut Stout, it does not lie, very hazelnut. I liked it.

Also had a Pineapple Milkshake IPA, that also delivered, very pineapple. Not a big IPA fan, but it wasn't that hoppy. Would drink again.

Three from a recent local delivery. I have an unseasonably dark beer selection at the moment.

I picked up a To Ol Gose to Hollywood (Gose with Orange) and a Arbor Cafe Creme (Coffee and Cacao Stout) from Marks and Spencers.

My beer purchases/ consumption has drastically increased since the WFH order kicked in

I'm offsetting it all against the time (and money) I'm no longer spending in the pub.

Tesco. Shame they store it all warm. My LBS would have them cool.

Opening up with a Breakfast Club, which I thought had been in fridge for long enough but maybe not yet. I'm getting plenty of motorway service loo disinfectant up front...
