I was worried I wouldn't have enough anecdotes to help keep this thread rolling, but I shouldn't have.
We put our food waste bin out the front a day early, as its spot out the back means it cooks in the sun and stinks.
Unfortunately for us, but fortunately for your schadenfreude tinged pleasure, the foxes had at it last night. Good bin night thread content though, so there's that.
Foxes have these food bins sussed; everybody in our street has to put bricks on top of them.
Except me as Lewisham now have new fancy proper locking lids on replacement bins you have to order when the bin men throw your bin back into your garden and break it.
