Bull shit. It has the same exact lens and everything and if the above is true, the same internals too.

I'm currently designing two products for these lights.
Firstly will be an altnerative to the B&M saddle rail bracket. It will allow one to mount a rack light like the above to the two threaded holes on the back of Gilles Berthoud saddle.
Secondly we're looking at, like SON, taking the lens and internals from the B&M light and making a new case so this directly mounts onto the saddle.

The brackets on the B+M are made of cheese though.
And not even good cheese.
