My Goldtec Pro rear track hub has started to feel a bit rough so I took out the bearings (using instructions above and bashing with a rubber mallet, ta) and then looked up replacements - they are $40 quid each retail! Enduro Ceramic Zero bearings:

Think I will just get regular bearings, seems a bit steep for commuting. Probably done 18k km including winters but this seems quite low km for these bearings? Front is still buttery smooth.
