if you've filled the freewheel regularly with oil then it might cause the pawls to stick so they no longer engage with the teeth

of course, it might be borked and need replacing but it's a possibility.

Morgan blue...city and touring oil
It's a chain oil, very likely designed with additives to reduce fling. That makes it sticky, so it stops your pawls from moving into engagement. You need to flush it out with solvent and use the right oil for the job.
