If the reduced shank is functionally necessary, you're stuck with getting the complete clamp. SRAM don't list the bolt as a separate spare part.
You could file the threads off the relevant pat of an ordinary screw, which is a cheap fix if you're furloughed but a poor use of your time if you're still doing your day job.

I don’t think the reduced thread is necessary personally, the issue is that the bolt is the same width as some that I have knocking about but the counter sunk area for the head is smaller than the heads for those bolts.
