@danstuff not sure why really. I honestly wasn't angling for a freebie, I'm all about "treat others as you wish to be treated". I thought a bit more engagement from them and maybe a subsidised replacement would be "fair" in the circumstances. But I like @Dammit 's idea of donating to charity to offset things a bit. Maybe there's a charity for harassed social media managers somewhere?
I'll sleep on it and decide whether to accept it or give it to @hippy as a penance. 😁
