Full-sussers and 2.1" tyres still OK, yeah?

Is that your personal "26 ain't dead" bike? Hard to say without a scale.

The gyro is the key feature we're bringing back.
Everyone thought dropper posts were the next thing and if for some reason you want to do technical descents on your slightly not-a-road-bike then fine but everyone has been ignoring the elephant in the room. Barspins. We've also got Active-Passive™ suspension in the back. The latest air shock paired with a hinge-less rear triangle for added stiffness and pedaling efficiency whilst providing our patented Morgan-27PSI compliance.

Tried to order an Arkose 2020 frameset from Evans for my partner - Evans would not let me order to Denmark.
Just ordered through Evans ebay shop. Frameset listed as "spare part", £500, 8£ postage to DK o_O
What are the chances this will be shipped for that price?

What’s with the gravel bike thread in a country where it’s muddy 95% of the time?
Who y’all trying to fool?

Metal guards are fragile and annoying as fuck in my experience, good for Instagram likes and forum approval though.

I rode the Sunday Echappee route with @youramericanlover in February a few years back, and he had mudguards on his bike. The noise of the grit against his mudguards will live with me until the end of my days.
I got a mucky arse.

Strange. I ordered a 2018 Arkose to Denmark from the Evans site 2 years ago with no issues

Hey don't drag my fixed gear cross bike into this thread! That Pomp was awesome. Granted I should have taken the guards off but I'm not very good at bikes. Case in point: my gravel bike has plastic guards on it (used almost exclusively for tarmac)

Great ride though

Maybe that's a t-shirt?

Mudguards added to a gravel bike in UK make it a commuter/winter bike too. Or adds comfort for winter gravel rides. Get the clearance right and it's a no-brainer imo.

Mudguards added to a gravel bike make it a FBNPNAP bike though is it?
Is the ultimate forum build one that can feature in every thread?
