I reckon metal guards (Said steel a second ago ya ninja) are a bit shit in the real world.
Why?
Plastic/chromoplastics tend to bend and twist (When they get branches stuck in them/caught on shoes/knocked when locking up etc) then return to shape. Metal don’t. Can’t disagree they look good though.
