  • Made my best ever pho yesterday - id roasted off all the bones and trimmings from the steak and made a stock with this. Was quite a faff bc the beef was very fatty, but managed to get a clear stock after several passes through some cheesecloth.
    Then followed the wok of life recipe and topped with the leftover steak from the other night. Was pretty legit.

    I often sack off making stocks but have made the effort during lockdown and they’re so much better than bought ones.
