  • I'm glad that shot was from behind and didn't capture my erection.

  • Almost done with the Strava April Walk Challenge (15h of walking in April, doesn't include running).

    63.0 km - 13h 56m

    Just another 1h4m walk which I should get done by the weekend (run tomorrow and Saturday and Friday's walk will be a family one that's under an hour).

    Also on track to do ~70km of running in April. (Aiming for 80km in May)

  • In more wholesome news, I've got a sneaking suspicion that my over excursion with burpees a while back has given me a slight hernia, I thought maybe it was razor burn or an ingrowing hair as I also did a bit of trimming round the old stick and pokes at a similar time but somethings still going on. Not heading to a hospital in these strange times and if anyone asks I did it doing something cool, like wanking myself silly.

  • Appears that all punch/kick bags are out of stock. Went in a YouTube/DIY/hack frenzy and made a homemade Spar Bar:

  • Failed on W3D2C2 of 100 pushups, could only do 15 at the end instead of the required 19. Repeat the week for me, no bad thing as my arms have been aching from the relatively quick progression.

  • 100 burpees again yesterday, different set pattern, 15, 15, 20, 15, 15, 20 with 30s rest.
    7:24.
    Going to move towards a pattern of 20, 20, 20, 15, 15, 10, before trying to drop the final set for 20x5.

  • W2D3 done (again).

  • Just did 51 (10,12,11,9,9) push ups after a bottle of wine and 4 beers, wasn't easy.

  • Must do better at timing these things.

  • Drunk exercise best exercise.

  • I'm not so sure.

  • I'm ruined.

  • I fight you. Truth will emerge.

  • That's just how you fuck one of those Dyson things, fun but messy at the end.

  • The burns aren't worth it.

  • So did Alp de Zwift today, 1h at sweetspot and HR of 168 is no joke. Half hour to ‘get there’ 10 minute cooldown.
    1:40ish on the turbo, my longest indoor ride I think?
