Any ideas for the cheapest/easier/quickest way to sell shares please? Looked into it, discovered you can send the share certificate to HL, manage it within their platform and you can sell them for £11.95. Posted the certificate and form off, for them to then send it back saying this service is temporarily suspended. They are also currently not brokering over the phone.
Have a really small amount of Sainsbury shares which I am trying to shift in the next 1-2 months when/if the price where I'd like it to be.

Whilst on the topic might as well ask about who people use to buy individual stocks? Just read a thread at work seems to have HL, Interactive Investor, Lloyds and Halifax as the main few people use

Also stuff like Trading 212. I don't use it. I don't pick my own stocks.
Use whatever is cheapest and can be ISA wrapped.

Try Degiro. https://www.degiro.co.uk/
Fee's are really low, a few people at work recommend it.

You may want to concider that crued has a shelf life as does petrol and diesel.
So if its longer than 3 months, you'd best avoid petrol and if longer than 6, diesel. Obv for your 5M barrels of oil.

Iirc marine diesel doesn't have any biological additives so doesn't age as fast or possibly at all. It's what we use for our boat as it can sit over winter without problem

petrol and diesel; yes due to additives.
Crude? I'm not sure. It's been in the ground a long old time, after all...

Its been under super high pressure. Having reacted with whatever is down there a long time ago. Now exposed to air, particularly oxygen?
Liquid water can reach imense temperatures without boiling if its under huge pressure. Moment pressure is removed, it no longer stays a liquid.
But Im only hypothesizing as i know that come the zombie apocalypse, petrol and diesel vehicles will be useless. Specialist area of zombie apocalypsism...
