Fiat Strada 65cl
Mtb gt black, rubber bumpers hit a tree with it :(
Morris Marina van
Peugeot 205 1.3
1979 Mercedes 280E
Vauxhall Astra auto (cheap car bought off family
£600 Honda Accord - great car, wife hated it.
Honda Shuttle 2.3 (bought for lugging bikes around but my favourite car, reliable, comfy, and phenomenal load carrying- once took a large oak sideboard, a 1968 bsa bantam and loads of other crap in the back to Ireland )
Toyota verso, again bought for lugging bikes, hated it but it lasted for ages.
My II VW golf 1.8 auto, liked it but tried to kill me.
Presently have a Vauxhall combo van 1.7td ex British Gas, noisy, not comfortable, driver’s window doesn’t work and had no coolant in it last time I checked (5 litres to top it up - oops)but has done down to Morzine with mtbs and over to Kerry a few times without issue. Wife really hates it but my driver of choice and a Honda Accord 2.0 - strangely haven driven lots of Hondas and liked them haven’t gelled with this one. Always seems a bit vague at motorway speedNever spent more than £3k on a car and have never really got into them in the same way as motorbikes. Bit spoilt in always had reasonable cars at work and were allowed to thrash them a when needed so cars at home have just been tools.

Yes it is sad that you recognised the stalks, and I did too.

So those with battery problems, this might be good to test a battery:

Enjoy! You'll have a load of fun with it.
@johnnettles2 thats an interesting back catalogue. My dad really fancies getting a GSA. He has owned a ID19 for the last 10 years or so. It was a bit of an impulse purchase but despite a decent amount of expenditure, he's used it loads and loves it.

apparently with fewer cars on the road and less claims Admiral are giving some money back. I have one car insured with them - and getting £25 back.
I have another car with Churchill. Just wondered if other insurance companies all doing the same thing.

I've not had anything like that, but my Admiral renewal has just come through (no cheaper obviously). Due to call centre staff shortages they're allowing you to cancel a new policy 30 days after renewal.
We have used the car twice in the last 5 weeks and don't really fancy paying £500 per annum for a car sat on my drive for the foreseeable. Tempted to cancel the renewal (only 4yrs NCB - thx wife)

Nice - looks to be in good condition. I've got an identical one except a previous owner decided to get the wheels refinished in black (not my cup of tea) and mine's done over twice the mileage. I'm using the lock-down to have a proper crack at DIY mechanics. Oil, oil filter, spark plugs all done. Discs and pads next.

I don't think this is too offensive myself. (Same JDM tuner)

Anyone know if this is a kit car? Reg has it registered as a Reliant, but I've never seen one like this before. Windows look cobbled together from finds at the back of grandad's shed, but love the round rear windows.
Some nice condition Moggy Minors can't help but put a smile on my face.
First Jenson Interceptor I've seen in this colour, but they always look good regardless of colour.
A nice Merc 250S, yellow lights on old European cars just look cooler somehow.
Got to love a fastback. I noticed the one Steve Mcqueen used in Bullitt sold in January for nearly £3m!
And finally one from the very old school, suicide doors all round, a 1948 original Rover 75 (P3). You don't think from the plate its owned by Michael Gove do you? He seems the kind of bloke to park in a disabled bay without a permit.

That Mustang is beautiful

the Jensen gets my vote. the garage in Cropredy (famous for Fairport Convention) by the bridge specialised in these. I grew up near there and loved them. Think these days they just refurb them with modern kit for big bucks. but such a classy machine

Just took this out of vinter storage. I know this is a small car but it has not really dawned on me just how small it is until i parked to this "regular" volvo which dwarfed it. Even more so irl than in these pics. It looked like a toy car in comparison.
A lovely car but it would also be fun to have a car that was less like myself. Ie have good days n bad days .) Mostly its just strange sounds from belts and or suspension so nothing to worry about really but it still makes u think about stuff that you dont in a more modern car i guess.
But for the projected 1000 kms this year its not a huge issue.

Nice colour.
Wow a 350cc engine in a 4 seater? Amazed it could even get up UK hills with 4 people in it, surely any hills over 20% would require some passengers to get out and walk/push.

• #54073
Yes - difficult to get one big enough for larger engines at short notice though.

Good to see that out again. Lovely motor. I imagine you will enjoy every single one of those 1000km

Yeah the little Honda is amazing. My Fiat always ends up with an entourage on any roads over 5%.
