Started TR workout. Didn't even complete the warmup I was so not into it. Smashed some beer while moaning about turbo training on twitter and then, feeling happy, for some reason, decided to enter a race that was starting in 2min. Lost badly although I did set Zwift 5min and 20min power PBs (easy when it's your first race) and I did finish which tipped me over the 1000k mark for TGBR. Basically, drink beer and you feel better and can get shit done.
