Quite pleased, though sweating like I’d just done a spinning class in a sauna afterwards.
Was testing whether I could do 15 rep sets with 30s rest, though I’d manage 4, savaged myself through 2 more and a relief to only have 10 left for the last set.
If I work up to 5 sets of 20 with 30s rest, should be 7 minutes.
That is seriously rapid, I’ll try and do a best time 100 some time this week, I will be pleased If I’m under 11 minutes.
