Can anyone recommend a beginner turbo session on youtube please? I cant use it in my flat, too noisy and the downstairs neighbour complains, so lent it to my sister about 2 weeks before lockdown. She's got it out and is struggling to know what to do.

The British Cycling warm up is good to do as a session in itself if you are starting out:

Some of the other sessions are good. I like the 3 min sweetspot session as well:

Thanks I'll send the links through to her.

I think she wants a you tube to follow along with as a motivational aid as well. Although some nice scenery and that sweet spot session would be a pretty good session.
