The British Cycling warm up is good to do as a session in itself if you are starting out:

Can anyone recommend a beginner turbo session on youtube please? I cant use it in my flat, too noisy and the downstairs neighbour complains, so lent it to my sister about 2 weeks before lockdown. She's got it out and is struggling to know what to do.
