Someone sent me them too, seemed unusual. I'd be surprised if they were built around 650b. They'd be good for tracklocross/off-road fixed I guess.
The fork a2c is 390mm which seems kinda 650bish. The picture of the rear tyre doesn't really show it properly cos of the angle but the max clearance in the chainstays is much further away from the bb shell.
Could be 26 1 3/8? It’s remarkably close to 650b, 590 vs 584. Was 26 1 3/8ths CSW a thing?
