Funny how it is different for people as I'd consider doing 100 burpees regularly horrible but am quite happy heading out for a run. 2 a week atm but would happily push that up to 3 if I could find the time.
Cooler day today, might be good for a run?
200 burpees, bike sprint session, and hayfever have slayed me.
