Nds crank is obvs now closer to chain stay. Contact under flex might be a problem? I'm not exactly a brick shit house but 85-90kg depending on the weather.

Nah it will be fine. Frame and crank is stiff as you like.
It should just work though something is up somewhere. Could be something else though - backwards fitted directional chain for example.
Yeah chain is installed facing correct way. I'll ride it as is until I can get frame alignment checked.
Will have a look at the rear hub axle and check its spaced and assembled correctly.
