I'm not exactly a brick shit house but 85-90kg depending on the weather.Nah it will be fine. Frame and crank is stiff as you like.
It should just work though something is up somewhere. Could be something else though - backwards fitted directional chain for example.

I'll get frame, drop out and gear hanger alignment checked anyway just incase. It seems strange that cannondale cranks don't integrate well with cannondale frame.
There must be a way to having things working while installed as per the proper instructions.
