    Then crazy 4 year old daughter of mine insisted that she would do the same as me, but only if I joined in.

    Thought she would get bored after first 20.
    Ended up doing another full 100.

    Recovery snack consisted of a shared Kinder surprise bunny, which was welcomed.

    My 10yo daughter joined me doing the 100 pushup challenge. I thought she'd get bored early too, 2 weeks in she's still going strong.

    Yesterday she did 16,17,14,14,20 with a 120s break between sets. That's 81 in total. (Approximately 5 of which were proper form though.)

    She then did 3 sets of mini leg blasters too. Foolish girl. Chocolate milk is the recovery snack of choice in this household.
