Local shop here used to have the Csepel Royal Frisco. Seem to remember that being cheap!

I don't know what you would consider cheap, but I reckon it'd worth your while having a look around AliExpress.
Here's a titanium frame set for example.
There's also a fairly ugly carbon frame set if you look around.

Orbea Katu has some pretty beefy spec.

If you're in the UK, a second hand shopper bike can cost as little as 40 quid.
The problem is buying good tyres for it I would think.

There are a few tyre choice as the moulton has 20" wheels.

Which moulton? Yours? Or generally?

Thought all later moultons are 20" wheels, michellin, schwable and continental make puncture proof tyres for that size. Mines shod with Haro HPF cos BMX innit.

EDIT: AM models are 17 and no idea on tyre choices for that.

The AM line is still 369 (17”). Had an AM for a few years.

17” was my thought as we always have people asking and have fuck all rim options
