Still going strong, 100 burpees, 100 squats, 100 press ups done today. Still got 100 sit ups and 500s of planks left.
Well done, didn't know you were doing 100 squats/pressups and situps on top of the burpees.
(just do 200 burpees.... lolol)
That was just yesterday as my mate challenged me to it, back to just burpees today. Still haven’t got around to going for a run... tomorrow. I’ve set myself a challenge of running a half marathon on 6th June so I actually motivate myself to train.
