  • Still going strong, 100 burpees, 100 squats, 100 press ups done today. Still got 100 sit ups and 500s of planks left.

  • Well done, didn't know you were doing 100 squats/pressups and situps on top of the burpees.

    (just do 200 burpees.... lolol)

  • That was just yesterday as my mate challenged me to it, back to just burpees today. Still haven’t got around to going for a run... tomorrow. I’ve set myself a challenge of running a half marathon on 6th June so I actually motivate myself to train.
