Good work.
Had another KB workout last night with 300 swing at the beginning. Wasn't quite ready to up it to 400.
It seems fine at the time but it really kicks my arse during the rest of the workout. I guess when I'm up to 500 swings I shouldn't be following it with 40 mins of other stuff.
Did a nasty Zwift workout this morning, pretty tired now.
Still going strong, 100 burpees, 100 squats, 100 press ups done today. Still got 100 sit ups and 500s of planks left.
