Not bothered about the cranks, mostly concerned for ageing hips and knees. Also. Quarantine boredom and sorting out "pile of bike shit to sell" has me pondering the imponderables.
Crank Bros. has a long shaft Mallet option, but >£100 for pedals makes me wince.

I guess I'll most manufacturers try to limit length for 1) q factor and 2) lit ground strike when lent over.
I've just accepted my cranks will always end up scuffed to shit. If it bothers you, maybe put some invisiframe on them?
