It really is. I find myself standing staring at it at every evening about 8ish, once the dust has settled on the day and the din from the surrounding gardens has dropped off for the evening. I know I’m incredibly lucky to have any garden space at all, especially in London, and I’m really feeling the privilege at the moment. I don’t know how I would be faring without an outside space for my kids to muck about in, and some welcome greenery to take my mind off everything once they’ve gone to bed.
Our neighbour has a stunning cherry that has just come out. Sadly he want to chop it down to build a shed. Luckily I am guessing this has postponed it.
