Started off thinking I'll begin the build up past 5k and maybe do an extra detour to make it 6km but a few km in it was obvious I was melting.
Still, I'm keeping to my 3x5k a week, just need to keep at it, shift the weight and then slowly progress back to 10km.
The weight part I have found a reasonable difference maker - especially as you go further.
Just keeping at it is the way to go 🙂
before 9am or after about 630pm is the only time I can run right now - day time is waaaay too hot.
