Heh, I would benefit more from such a trade than you.
Once in awhile (exempting current coviduation) I can afford this type of thing, down to living in a dump that we paid off years ago, no car and no kids.
I'm tempted to check out that thread but I'm always vaguely disappointed when I find out who plays golf, so I won't :)
