I've got a world record for you to try, I think it's low-hanging fruit. Reckon it'd take 4-6 hours in a velodrome at most.
Greatest distance cycled (no hands) - world record is 122km

I looked into other 'drome records years ago and it's expensive to hire, although you could use an outdoor circuit or something.
