Talk to me about ipads. I've never owned an apple device, but realising that an apple device might be the easiest entry to zwift. I've also been looking for a device for a bit of internet browsing for a while as I don't actually have a personal pc and prefer not to use work computer.
I'm thinking my best bet is some form if ipad, but extremely unsure as to whether to get a cheap used one, genuine refurbished or brand new. Budget maybe 250 for used, and up to 500 if i can get 0% finance through apple.
If going with refurbished/new, i can get a refurbished 2017 ipad pro within budget, or a 2019 ipad air. Is a 2017 pro likely to be outdated sooner?
2017 pro will be a better bet than a recent air imo. I’m going down this rabbit hole now, iPad Pro doesn’t recognise my usb ant+ dongle so I’ve just had to spend another £50 on an ANT+-Bluetooth bridge from the states (so likely + customs too) in order to get everything talking to each other.
