I ordered a high strength steel hex screw kit from Germany and a thread tapping set. All the screws are machine type, and the kit screws will be absolute bastards to both drive and tap the plastics at the same time. Even in a tapped hole they would probably still be a bugger to drive, hence the hex drive kit.
