Make sure nothing else is trying to connect to it - your phone, other laptops etc.

I had an extremely frustrating 30 mins at 7am the other morning pulling sensors off my bike until I worked out Alisha's laptop was stopping mine connect to the Kickr. Best to turn off BT on everything except your laptop, at least for problem solving.

Yeah they're weird like that huh. I 'enjoyed' it though. Suspect I'll be making a lot of use of it in the near future!
