Are they going to monitor Strava? If I leave my Garmin off in the morning can I sneak in a cheeky double?
Actually I've decided to get some indoor exercise in by way of random core stuff, press-ups, lunges, etc. I'm sure I used to be able to manage 50 press-ups in one go. Down to about 25 now so looking to get that up again. :) So run one a day is doing me nicely at the moment.
One run a day - make the most of it!
