• Any decent over ears? Price/quality? Had a quick look at some online retailers and fuck me noise cancelling bluetooth is expensive. Don't really need noise cancelling but probably do when wfh? Lessons have also gone digital here so don't want to fuck around with my 18euro chinese in ears for too long.

Left my beyerdynamic dt 770 at work :( They have been going strong for 7 years now!

Safe me from going into to dark hole of audio reviews...

Other than the comfort has improved and the battery life seems good I don't have anything else to add.

Obviously if BT and noise cancelling aren't important to you I'd look elsewhere.

I haven't tried to hook them up to my laptop and my work hasn't involved video chat, but for work calls they have been excellent.

    Is your house particularly noisy?

  • Noise cancelling is more for steady noises (aeroplane, train, aircon, etc) than a child running around, etc

Decent noise isolation is probably more important (which you'll generally get with over ears)
