They should have said - anyone working in a non "core business" should be either WFH or not going to work at all.
The guidance is to stay at home, to stay 2 meters away from everyone, but it still says "work from home where possible".

She eventually agreed to go in, and bring IT kit back with her, but you could tell she didn't really get it, but the lack of clear guidance is appalling.
The builders everyone is talking about - clearly you can't build and extension from home - so in they go. Why is there not guidance that all non essential work needs to stop? It's baffling.
