And my original point is that it seems like a lot of people want stricter policies but aren't willing to practice them.

I actually thought that Mail article was surprisingly OK, it had posts from real scientists in and everything! And I did caveat at it. But I do think it's interesting to read the experiences of confirmed cases, especially for those of us who think we've got it but aren't going to get tested.

I do think it's important to try not to confuse the public health advice. It's complex enough already.
