How hard is it to get spare parts for these if things go wrong?

My beloved stump jumper which I’ve blinged with loads of hope which has been on many adventures with me but I do not ride anymore unfortunately. Everything and especially the frame shows signs of wear but plenty of life left in it.
Might be well off the mark at £600 so please correct me if I’m being optimistic. Based in Manchester but willing to post complete using a courier service off shiply.

My partner is jealous of my recently acquired specialized diverge and is now after a gravel bike herself. What have you got in approx 50cm? Budget is probably up to about £1k unless there’s something special and we are based in Manchester but she is in London every week.

Flounced but back, love it but have been really busy this summer so not had much use.
I did a cooking day with the maker a year or so ago, it was an amazing day.

Trying to lose weight again, nothing extreme, yogurt, fruit, salads, lots of protein, 1 year until 40 and would like to get down to 75kg (82kg now).
I've recently started trying to stop eating when I get the full sensation, it feels so unnatural, I would usually clear my plate and enjoy eating until extremely full. I definitely have an unhealthy/ obsessive relationship with food at times.
Cheers! Been lusting after one for a while as love my jazz, not ready for the step up yet though!
