My policy is to not replace fluorescent tubes except in very narrow specific cases. It's nearly always better in the long run to replace the whole fitting with an LED substitute now. If your electrician doesn't immediately suggest this, lead him in that direction.

Please does anyone know what fluorescent tube I need to replace this Osram 54w/535 f838? Staff in shop don’t know either! All completely different numbering.
